Remember the 80's?
Taking you back...
- Snap on bracelets would get you in trouble at school.
- You read Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys, The Babysitters Club or Sweet Valley High.
- You know what a Banana Clip is and used to own one.
- You owned a Trapper Keeper.
- Cerise pink, electric blue and banana yellow was featured in your wardrobe or make-up collection.
- You rocked to songs like Ice Ice Baby, Hangin' Tough & Can't Touch This.
I loved the 80's! That's why I was so excited to learn that The Greeting Farm released a Limited Edition 80's Anya stamp today! Her crimped hair, leg warmers and off the shoulder top truly represented the fashion trends of that time. There's only a limited supply available, so be sure to stop by Pineapple Cove to get your 80's Anya!!
P.S....remember the blue eyeshadow? At least that hasn't gone out of style!! =)

Ashlee & Her Cricut Creations
We were so fortunate to have Ashlee Mason come and teach our first Cricut Expressions Basics class last week Saturday. You can check out Ashlee's awesome blog HERE. A little about Ashlee...
This little guy has to be one of my favorites....I love how Ashlee used scalloped circles cut with the cricut to make the feathers. All the pieces were cut with the Cricut and then pieced together.
Here's an adorable little ticket book she created just for dad...awww how sweet! I love the shadowing of the letters.
And here's an ice cream cone and elephant that are just so sweet!
Lastly, here's an airplane that she cut and turned into a card. I love the black shadow around the plane and how she doodled the lines to outline the shape of the plane.
Thanks Ashlee for coming & teaching the class even after your long week of adventure with your sister *wink*! You are amazing and I can't wait to see what else you come up with!! I'll be updating the calendar with some revisions we are making to the Cricut Classes, so be sure to check back.
- She's married to an active Marine and has an adorable little boy named Logan.
- She's a big Steeler's fan!
- Started scrapbooking in 2006 when she was pregnant with Logan.
- The Cricut is one of her most favorite tools..can't you tell?
